These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by US Web Professionals (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Services
US Web Professionals provides digital marketing, web development, social media management, video production, and related services as agreed in written proposals, contracts, or service agreements. - Payments
All fees are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
- All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Late payments may incur penalties or service interruption.
- No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes. Marketing and digital services depend on many external factors beyond our control. - Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to communications
Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to refunds.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting US Web Professionals.
Any chargeback initiated for services already rendered will be considered a breach of contract. US Web Professionals reserves the right to:
- Suspend services immediately
- Recover costs associated with chargebacks
- Submit evidence to financial institutions to contest the chargeback
- Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not entitle the client to any refund for services already rendered or payments already made. - Intellectual Property
All materials produced remain the property of US Web Professionals until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Limitation of Liability
US Web Professionals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding two months.
9. Confidentiality
All client data and materials are handled per applicable NDAs and our Privacy Policy. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts. - Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
