US Web Professionals maintains a strict no-refund policy. By engaging our services or making any payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to US Web Professionals are non-refundable once services have commenced, including but not limited to:

• Setup fees
• Monthly retainers
• Project-based fees
• Consulting or strategy services
• Production, editing, or creative work

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Scope of Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with creative work or subjective preferences
• Changes in business direction or priorities
• Early termination of contract by the client
• Delays caused by the client (including lack of feedback, approvals, or materials)
• Failure to achieve specific business or marketing results

All services are delivered on a professional, best-effort basis without guarantees of outcomes.

3. Upfront, Annual & Prepaid Payments

Any upfront, annual, or prepaid payments for services are strictly non-refundable once services have commenced, regardless of whether the client completes the full service term.
Early termination by the client does not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or prorated amount for unused time or services.

4. Early Termination

If a client chooses to terminate services early for any reason:

• All payments already made remain non-refundable
• The client remains responsible for payment of services already delivered
• Termination does not entitle the client to any partial or prorated refund

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if:

• Explicitly stated in a separate written agreement
• Signed by an authorized representative of US Web Professionals

No verbal agreements or assumptions override this policy.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment for services already rendered constitutes a breach of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.US Web Professionals reserves the right to:

• Contest chargebacks with supporting evidence
• Suspend all services immediately
• Recover any costs incurred due to chargebacks or disputes
